If Paradise Poem by David Harris

If Paradise

Rating: 4.8

If paradise is half as nice
as being here with you,
then I won’t mind being there
when my days here are through.

If paradise holds half the beauty
I see before my eyes in you,
then paradise must be
a wonderful place to see.

We talk of paradise being heaven,
but my real paradise
is when you hold me
in your loving arms with care.
