If there were no flowers
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Such beauty and such peace
Such love and such sweetness
Of what use of all these
If there were no flowers
And I would not be here
Gasping for the beckoning
Path of no man's land
Barren and forlorn I would
Fancy one foot in the grave
And the fate of the planet
Would have been like this
And might have spelt doom
For itself and for the rest
There would be no forest
There would be no trees
There would be no bees
There would be no butterflies
There would be no breeze
There would be no skies
There would be no Robin
There would be no rain
There would be no sea
There would be no river
And the Eden would have been closed
And the God seen sobbing sad
Propagation without flowers
Is a stately affair
Might seem trifle to Mother Nature
But of what use of sun and moon
If there were no flowers
Tell them to hide in heaven
And if God forbids
Tell them to come and shine in gloom……
It is difficult to imagine a world without flowers.... flowers being synonymous with beauty! A world stripped of its beauty is dull and will gradually become uninhabitable! People will have to think of deserting the Earth behind and going to other planets! Enjoyed!
very lovely, beauty loses meaning without flowers and our world would be as arid as the other planets.
beautifully written. i liked the essence of the poem. the last lines were very nice. nice one.
Beautiful poem. Very true said, if there were no flowers, then our planet would have looked like barren land. You have portrayed it beautifully in this poem.
Might seem trifle to Mother Nature But of what use of sun and moon If there were no flowers Tell them to hide in heaven....very interesting...............nice
A powerful and profound painting of life without flowers. As a great friend of mine would say I am speechless!
very interesting...though we know all the hazards without flowers, once it is written it comes to mind with new freshness...
