Immaculate Misconception Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

He said 'God loves all men and women
All homosexuals, bisexuals, transgender even'
I tried to be more open-minded and so
I searched for the Scriptures, where he got that -I don't know.

Some people quote God so liberally
They make the most unbiblical assumptions
God's Character is His Word essentially
But theirs is a wild immaculate misconception!

One has to read God's Word thoroughly
There can be no basis for acceptance of Sin
God is Love, yes, but God is also Holy
Thus He cannot love wrong which to Him is contrary.

Reading His Word will open gates of Wisdom
Truth will break the scales of doubt and folly
Light will be shed and His guidance will come
What is Right will clarified extensively.
