Finally I see my dilemma,
For I, did you choose to circumvent,
Denigrated and encumbered,
Fettered, conquered, I lament,
Disavowed you do impugn,
Myself you abrogate,
Contravened I must abjure,
My limbs you did detain,
I wish for you not to censure,
You love so much to baffle,
Denied, assailed, perplexed, and worse,
Disallowed to peace, you wish to battle,
My life you have apportioned,
And I detest to lapse,
But you have dared and bantered me,
Your dream will soon collapse,
Covetous for power,
Agonized in clamor,
Bedlam in its finest hour,
You muster, and still you stammer,
I crown you with attention
Alas forsaken you apprehend,
My decadence I must mention,
Your disrelish I amend,
Fancy fables disillusioned,
Dancing round your annexed head,
Breathing yet you live in fiction,
Discarded like the living dead,
The gates o’ yonder golden shimmers
Though righteous is desire,
Acts misused when so confused
Down you go, not higher.
