Imprisoned Poem by Ian Humphreys

Imprisoned

A minute, a lifetime
it makes no difference
engulfed in the moment
i show no remorse
for a flicker of light
shall show me my path
friends nor family
can see my shackles
the walls around me
built by depression
here i shall lay
eternity obey.
