In A Boat Poem by RoseAnn V. Shawiak

In A Boat

Sitting upon the lake in a boat, staring out across
the water, seeing a peacock's tail.
At least it appears that way, as hues of blues and
greens float upon the water in shapes of the eyes
of a peacock's tail.
It's beautiful, a tantalizing desire of something
more to be found in life upon any of it's shores.
