'In All Those Familiar Places' Poem by Linda Winchell

'In All Those Familiar Places'

Rating: 0.5

You have no need to spend your days,
Searching behind closed doors to find,
The love of a man, who gave His life,
A man of purity and love, so divine.

He’s in all those familiar places traveled,
He’s right underneath your nose,
He’s in front of you, and on the top of your head,
He’s even right beneath your toes.

He made you what you are today,
He’s given life to your every cell,
He can be in your heart, that light that shines,
If you’ll only allow His love there to come and dwell.

So when you feel you need to seek,
Look in those familiar places, where you’ve been before,
So when you stand in front and knock,
He’ll be waiting behind a very familiar door.
