In Between The Sidewalk Cracks Poem by Jenna Dandurand

In Between The Sidewalk Cracks

in between the sidewalk cracks,
a whole new world awaits.
someone else just died,
a new life was just found.
there's drama
and cliches,
and stereotypes.
there's wholesome fun,
and peace,
and friends.
in between the sidewalk cracks,
a whole new world is growing.
waiting to escape the
miniscule life it has.
in between the sidewalk cracks,
a world is pushing out.
wanting to be known,
wanting to be seen.
in between the sidewalk cracks,
a world is existing.
it may be more important
than yours.
