In Life, As Death Poem by Antonia Nasi

In Life, As Death

Rating: 5.0

Dance your Life,
For Death is still

Take each risk
With strength and will

Love and be loved
With heart and with trust

Make love/Slowly f***
With passion and lust

Be someone else
To the stranger that you meet

As you shake his steady hand,
Feel the fire/Feel his heat

Fall from a tiny plane,
As often as you can...

While all the while you're falling
Forget that life's this plan

When Death arrives to claim you
And you've done more than you knew...

Wave Him slowly forward
And bid a proud Adieu

Like it, live life to the full, live each day, if we are born it means one day we are going to die, so we might as well make the most of the bit in the middle. A great poem.
