In Nature The Struggle Is For To Survive Poem by Francis Duggan

In Nature The Struggle Is For To Survive

In Nature the struggle is for to survive
Where only the fittest and strongest does thrive
The predatory animals and birds are dependent on meat
They die of starvation if they can't kill to eat
The predators are born with the hunter's skill
And for love of survival they only do kill
And one must spare a thought for the great white Artic Bear
Due to climate change they are becoming quite rare
We may be aware that the worm, slug and insect is food for the crow
But of Nature's ways little we can claim to know
Many species of wildlife are now rare in their range
But despite global warming and despite climate change
The Goddess of Nature will reign forever more
In every Country and on every shore.
