In Search Of Peace Poem by Atish Home Chowdhury

I have traveled so far,
nothing new to experience,
but felt lots of scars.
No I am not nonsense.

People don't know what I want,
They call me crybaby for the way I chant.
How to convince them,
Who don't even realize a life's true aim.

In search of peace
I went too far,
and assure myself,
without any others help,
I would still be a star.

My real aim is to know,
where is peace,
so I will keep it with me,
let it make me eternally free,
and wander as far as I could go!
