In Silence My Love Endures Poem by Milo Lone Elk

In Silence My Love Endures

The things I really want
have faded away
The quietness of my heart
beats of nothing
but silence in dismay
You dont know it,
Because I wont admit it
That these leftover
Thoughts of you
are the best and last thing
I have left to lose

So I hide my heart with darkness,
matching this winter night
As the snowflakes fall
I am riddled with guilt
And everything I didnt do right
forever until forever ends
My love will dance
in silence for you
Even when your not here
and Ill never have you again
The memories I have left of us,
Will endure until the end
