Just when I thought - love will never be found
You entered my life - with your beautiful sound
And then I realized - it must be true
You're made for me - Im made for you
In the end - love wins again...
At first it was words - that cut like a knife
From this wonderful woman - who could be my wife
I just let it slide - kept you by my side
In the end - love wins again...
The fights got intense -unbelievably so
It may have been time - to let you go
You spit on my body - my heart and my soul
Hurting me then - was your only goal
I forgave you - and I don't know why
I just must be - the typical guy

Your hand met my cheek - its not like it hurt
It DID make me question - my own self-worth
I can't help my feelings - although they are wrong
