In The Garden Poem by G J Salgado

In The Garden

Rating: 5.0

In the garden is where I wish to live
To sit among the roses and read to them
Looking upon the gardenias and peonies
I pretend to creep along with the phlox
As I hide and fall sleep under the willows
Dreaming of aisles of irises and trellises of ivy
With visions of peace and harmony upon me
Feeling nature and seeking all things beautiful
