In The Night Poem by Elena Gabriela

In The Night

It’s 0: 34 a.m. and I’m thinking about you
Memories come back in flashes, I’m used to
Every night it’s the same story
I am alone while you’re in glory.

I’m tired of your games, I don’t wanna play
Or maybe you don’t know them, what can I say?
You act just like a fool
And you still rule.

I’m tired and confused, I just wanna go
If you ever open your heart, please let me know
I’m sick of you, of waiting you to come
For now, with you I am done.

But you must remember, that I’ll wait you forever
Even though you won’t, I can’t say ever
With you I see the bright side although I am pessimist
You light my day so I hope you are too an optimist.
