In Vino Veritas Poem by Ramona Thompson

In Vino Veritas

In vino veritas
In wine there is truth
I know
Better now then most
Because of your foul tongue
Loosened and turned upon me
In a moment of drunken fooliness
Should have thought better
Should have stayed far, far away from that bottle of red
Now too late, you swine
You shall pay for your mistake
Cos this ring I plan on givin' back
Right after I take your younger brother to the sack
Let you catch us
Smile so sweet
In the heat of the moment
Two can play your fool's game
In vino veritas
In wine there is truth
And this one here is mine to tell you
Naked and exposed
With him under the covers
Soon my love
You will discover
It was him
Another much better that this girl wanted all along
Snap!
Now deal with that!
