Inkwells And Parchment
Too long has it been
since my pen has met paper
My thoughts preoccupied
by many a glamorous thing
And I have missed this
Oh, how I have I missed it.
Streaming thoughts
coursing through my brain
electrifying my longing
fingertips
drunk on words
and emotion
Crazy on sinister thoughts
Amplified by salutations
from my imagination.
This is where I belong.
Amoungst the inkwells
and parchment.
