A universe divides,
and all of it inside
the body of one man.

The spaces in between
my heart and brain must mean
I'll choose one if i can.

It's tearing me apart,
my mind and then my heart
can tell me both the same.

The deep internal soul
is punctured full of holes
its crying out your name.

How can i be alive
my mind a bustling hive
my heart a burning fire.

The torch my heart becomes,
the smoke comes forth and numbs
my brain synapses are rewired.
