Yearning for glistening apple,
Encouraged by seducing snake,
Passion shall decency trample,
You’re making art for art’s sake.

Amongst the colours of rainbow,
Unique shades you did see,
Beyond being frightened by scarecrow,
Pondered the price of being free.

Reality’s bleak scenes veiling,
With Absinthe’s green, brilliant haze,
Throughout oceans of words sailing,
High on knowledge, inspiration’s craze.
