Intertwined Poem by Rebekah O'Donley

Intertwined

Holding this child within my intertwined arms
Has made me realize how much of me I've truly lost
One child, so humble, so sweet, so loving
Could do more for a million than I
Have I forgotten the child once inside of me?
She may be buried deep within my soul
Only released when I hold her within my intertwined arms
