Into The Abyss



crashing, burning, tumbling down

all closes in around me

reality shattered

falling into the abyss

darkness encroaches

and I cannot see

the wonderful being that is me

that I thought was me

surrendering is the only way

to fall unhindered into oblivion

and wait to see

a new day

brighter than the last
