Iron Man Poem by Andrea Scarpa

Iron Man

Speak, stay, say ok,
this little boy is falling apart.

Scream, sway, just go away

save the day
or just shut up

and I can't stand anymore of these fights
I'm strained from an already heavy life
I got dreams of a happy existence
Time to say goodbye and good riddance

Just, got back, it's hell again
but this iron man is already numb

it's just that the noise never stops

and I can't stand anymore of these fights
I'm strained from an already heavy life
I got dreams of a happy existence
Time to say goodbye and good riddance

Scarred
not broken
no words unspoken

this iron man is still alive

If the sun
shines
it’ll warm my heart
