It has been ten years
Since that chaotic day
Hearts are still grieving
In every which way
Terror struck our land
There were many people who lost their lives
It is a shame that
Many people did not get a chance to say goodbye
We were a nation that was under attack
Some of us did not know if we could go on
The corruption that took place on that day
Left us in a state of bewilderment in every which way
The towers will always stand tall
In spite of what took place
We must continue on strong
Regardless of what we have to face
Our nation has changed
That we have all realized
We must all come out of the dark
And come to the light
