It Hurts Poem by Amy Hang

It Hurts

It hurts to hear you say, I love you,
When you meant something else. If you really loved me,
You wouldn't dare hurt me.
I'm sensitive and you know that,
But why do you hurt me physical and emotional? It hurts.
You don't know how I feel And that makes me sad.
You're not there for me, When you say you're there for me.
I thought good things 'bout you,
But it was all lies and wrong stuff to think.
You're just my imagination.
Now I don't know what to do,
'Cause I really did love you,
But that all disappeared And my heart is lost.
It hurts. The pain grows and grows
And that I don't know what to do.
Your always worried 'bout yourself. What happen to 'us'?
But you're just running away from your problems
And then your problems grows As well does the pain in me.
You have destroyed me more than you destroyed yourself.
You don't know what's love,
But you make fake love by lying.
Since you've been gone and out of my life, I chose to forget you. I now know that you never loved me
And rumors 'bout you isn't rumors, it's the truth.
It hurts.
Never say 'hi' when you meant goodbye,
Never say 'I love you' when you meant something else,
Never say 'forever' b'cause it makes me cry.
Don't look at me in the eyes when you're lying.
Your life is a lie and so r u. It hurts!
Thinking 'bout you makes me mad And it's foolish of me,
But I know from my heart,
That you are a fake person with no heart.
Now you know how it hurts and...
It doesn't hurt me anymore.
