It's presence is not appreciated,
Until the taste is rated as Grade A...
By those who appreciate,
The meaning of authenticity!
And have identified what it is over time!

One can be 'chosen' to sit,
Above the clouds and amongst stars.
But it is location, location, location...
That makes where the seating takes place,
More of a value increased not to depreciate.
And that is determined by those who know quality.
