It Is So Wonderful
Father it is so wonderful
When You direct the day
Nothing misses Your attention
When we take time to pray
The things that seem insignificant
To others who are around
To us become real blessings
We live in Hallowed Ground
Our rejoicing is so precious
We know where joy comes from
Our strength is in the Lord
Through Him we overcome
Patiently we wait on Thee
For we can do none other
To us You are our closest Friend
More dearer than a brother
Souls that are lost You bring us too
They do not know that favour
We are but a link in the chain
That brings them to the Saviour
Our hearts are stedfast in the task
That You have called us to
Go ye forth and preach the Word
See what God can do!
Lord my heart still beats afresh
For souls who are lost
An never ending fervent love
To lift up Calvary's Cross
Where Thy Son was crucified
His blood shed for all men
May I see some souls take heed
Be truly born again!
