It Is So Poem by Uloia Norris Moore

It Is So

Rating: 4.8

The gears of wheels
within my mind never
stopping grinding
crashing
it is so

I try to park them
minimal
use of meds
try
to thwart
them
it is so

Mind runs never stops
one two tree four days
tops
I fall
exausted
it is so

I am the runner
of the night
keeper of the
day
so said are
numbered
it is so

Always stars falling
fire always burning
from within me
are killing
it is so

Surrounded by people
whom rise by
my fall
it is so

Loving the rain
it washes me clean
longing for waves
not wanting to drown
it is so
