It's Almost Christmas
It's three days till Christmas
decorations of red
secrets remain in my heart
these cannot be said
It's two days till Christmas
decorations of blue
with these decorations
my mind returns to you
It's one day till Christmas
with decorations of gold
in memory your walking up the lane
I want you home to hold
It's Christmas day, another year
our tree is all aglow
lighting up the way for you
standing under the mistletoe.

I am bouncing back from writer's block brought on, my doctor says, from a couple of falls and hitting my head. Actually caused by laughing and fainting...LOL.
