It's Me Poem by janice etienne

It's Me

A butterfly amongst the ocean wall will tell about me
the solitude of the moon
and the mirror images of the sea
The mild breeze gliding though the waves knows me best
the darkness of the Forrest
the whispers of the abandon caves
escaping from my romances
the colors of a noisy parade
oh, the magic of poetry
all the different places of me

A locked box of secrecy
the solid colors of a lighthouse holds my special key
the innocence of snow
all the things you'd never know

The happiness of sunshine
my piece of mind and a slice of apple pie
a virgins prudence
thoughts that are imaginary
like a dream that i believe
A clown with a joke up her sleeve
a smile dominating you with all the crazy things i say and do

A unique personality
all the things that i can't try to be
IT'S ME!
