It's My Pride (Ego)
You have known me strong
you have known me lucky
you have known me wealthy
and now I cannot tell you
I am weakened
I am unlucky
and I am miserable...
I cannot tell you
because it's my pride
....that tells me not to tell you.
The truth is
I need you to help me
but I just can't tell you
and I'm sure
I won't be telling you
...because it's my pride.
