It's Your Season Poem by Clinton Ekeh

It's Your Season

To everything there is a season
Every situation is but for a reason
There need be nightfall
For dawn to break forth
Without some failures
Success would have no flavor

Weeping may endure all night
Sorrows might hit you hard
People might let you down
When you need them around
Things might not always go your way
Eventhough you always pray

But, even in the most violent hurricane
There is always inner peace, eirene
Underneath the thickest of clouds
A silver linning can be found
When the night is darkest
Is when light shines the brightest

Don't give up the fight
Nor give in to your fears
For the fields are turning green
Yea, its your set season
Your time to harvest
The fruits of your labour
