It Was Also Me! Poem by Eindaray Kyaw

It Was Also Me!

Rating: 5.0

I don't know where I am from
It may be by chance to which I belonged
Struggling enough in womb of my mom
Where my first breath found a friend

By power of my giggles and cries
I could shake my parents' deepest mind
Though my fists were rather tiny
I could blow the feeling guilty

Though my flesh were pretty soft
I could be strong like stony rock
Though my hairs could grow longer
Why I didn't let them is now I wonder

So sincere were my smiling lips
That I could persuade everyone admit
With ready finger on none-stop lying trigger
The men pretend to kill trouble phobia

So innocent were my eyes' reflect
That I could reach to top of love-graph
A simple life chased by mature men
Learn and enjoy from immature children

I didn't speak a lots for great demands
Instead, I stayed quiet to save my funds
I didn't listen to poor requests
Instead, I stayed quiet to stand rejects

The 'Time' stream washes all of my pluses
Coz I am getting older with lots of defects
Now..., whenever I call back my memory
I feel confused, 'Oh, who was that fellow amazing? '

other brilliant piece of work.that's true we all have to learn the way of living from the children.in my thought human being can not reach to the heaven unless they become children again.by the way don't take it so hard of u r self. mucha gracias and cheers.

How one changes from birth is specially brought out very beautifully. A magnificent write from so young a person is very impressive. You have got a great poetry world ahead. Thanks for sharing.Very best wishes.

The poem shows your wisdom and enourmous strength, Eindaray. You gracefully describe how we are free of worries in the womb and how everything is magically taken care of before birth. No one has to press a button to switch on our hearts. Then again we do not have to make too much effort to get the full attention and loving care from our parents. A smile and our small soft body does it all. But as we grow up, wicked people are ready to abuse the innocence of children. Somewhere inside, I believe we were meant to be child-like throughout our lives. I wish you lots of strength and hope so very much that you really find back the pluses I think this poem is very deep and shows you have within you what is needed to turn adversities into strengths.Keep the love and caring personality inside your heart but toughen up whenever necessary.
