It was the culture i wasn't suppose to understand

It was the idea that created the dreamland

It was the word that had been banned

It was the cause that seemed too grand

It was the thing you couldn't hold in your hand

It was the future the people demand

It was the product not the brand

It was the group you couldn't command

It was the pebble in the sand

It was the music not the band

It was the globe that had been spanned

It was the project that was manned

But it wasn't the thing that we had planned

But in the end we will still stand
