Are you filled with pride and arrogance
Do you stick your head up in the air when others are in need
Are you the one who talks about people when they are not there
Talking with words that are cold and hurtful
Words can tear a heart apart
Can tear your body in half
Why do we talk about others as if they were trash
Why are we filled with pride and arrogance
And why do we stick our heads up in the air when others are in need
Wouldn't we like to be helped if we needed to be helped
So why do we do the things we do
Is it because we love to follow what the world is doing
Is it because Satan creeps into our lives and take over
Take over so we won't follow the one we should
Do we turn our backs on God because we think he is to blamed
Or do we do it because Satan is cruel and he knows how to make us fall apart and turn our backs on God his enemy
He knows how to fill us pain
How to break us and take our pain and turn it into blame
Where we cry every-night and where we ask God why
Why is this happening to me I try so hard and yet you make me fall short
You make me lose everything I gain
Satan tries to make us die
Tries to make us attempt suicide
So we won't have everlasting life
He makes us lose self hope
Makes us on the verge of saying no more
I'm done forever
I'm kissing this world goodbye for once and for all
He is the reason why this world is messed up
The reason why we are in war and the reason
For people doing the things they do
He is the reason for all bad thoughts and all the killings in this world
When God gave us this earth and gave us life
When God gave up his only begotten son to give us everlasting life
Gave up his son to be a sacrifice for our sins
God gives more than anyone could ever
He gives us unconditional love
And it never ends
He is always there when we need him
Yet so many turn their backs
Because they think he is the cause of all their mistakes
And the cause of people dying
Its your choice to have everlasting life or not
Its your choice to have pride in your heart
Its your choice to accept God into your life
And let him change you forever
Its a choice you have not your friends not your spouse
Its between you and God nobody else
Can you hear him talking to you telling you follow me I am the way and the truth
He is the only way and only you can choose whether or not to accept that
Its your choice take it or leave it but he is the judge
Don't turn your backs on him cause he will help you and guide you he saved me and now I'm protected under his wings
He's forever in my heart and soul
Don't be afraid God loves you no matter who you are
No matter where you came from he is the one who made you
You can go to him just as you are
He will be waiting with arms wide open
He's my savior the truth and everything to me
The things he can do in your life as he did in mine are indescribable
But he does amazing works in your life
Doesn't let you go through things you can not handle
He loves you and don't ever forget that cause he will be there waiting on you he has time for everyone don't make excuses saying he doesn't have time cause he hears every prayer that's ever said he is amazing and he is everything to me
