Jack And Sam Poem by Rohan Bendre

There came the famous duo
There came the question of Jack
‘’ Should we play a game?
In which no one will claim fame.”
Sam Affirmed
“I wish the same.”
Jack picked a Baseball
Let’s play Baseball is my call.”
Sam smiled
“To defeat me you will have to stand tall.”
Jack said
“My fast balls will give you a little chance to stand tall.”
Sam said
‘’ Because at that time the ball will be high in the stands
I will be covering the four bases in the land”
Jack said
‘’ Did’nt you heard what I said no one will claim for fame? ”
Sam said
“He argues like One thing look who’s talking? .”
Jack said
“Come on Sam let’s be friendly.”
Sam said
“I am but my bat surely isn’t? ”
Jack smiled
“So is my Ball.”
The match was friendly ended as a draw.
After the match Jack and Sam were having drinks.
Jack asked Sam
“So how was the match? ”
Sam answered
“I would have been victorious
All I must say that was great catch.”
Jack said
“Well played my friend.”
Sam said
‘’Together we set new trend.”
