Jealousy Poem by Kay Barcelon

Jealousy

Rating: 5.0

Her eyes are mellow
Almost yellow
Jealousy reeks
Her actions speaks

Jealous of what I own
Envious of what I know
Spiteful of my possession
Resentful of what I do

Her judgment is clouded
By jealousy and envy
So eager to be misled
Grudgingly acting hastily

Sorrier than before
She is more miserable
Walking with a heartsore
She needs a savior

But who wants her
I don’t, do you?
But who cares
As long I have you

Kay, interesting ending, I like how the tone changes as if your shrugging her off. Good write! ! Brian
