There is more to her passion than letting off steam
A laureate of the Dandenong Ranges the poetess supreme
On the suffering of creatures she has much to say
As an animal rights poet Jenny leads the way.

Her poems born of a passion for to defend the defenceless kind
And her equal to say the least would be hard to find
The great Jenny Moxham as a poet she is great
To the suffering of animals she does relate.

Beyond the Dandenong Ranges she is known far and wide
And Monbulk in Victoria where she does reside
She speaks on behalf of the creatures that we kill to eat
And i am not innocent as i too do eat meat.

She speaks on behalf of abused animals her's is their voice
The creatures in their ending who do not have a choice
With her we may not entirely agree but she does speak the truth
And credit to her she's a woman of ruth.

On behalf of all creatures she is one who speaks out
And she is one who knows what she is on about
Her beautiful poems with the World she does share
And her type of person has always been rare.
