Jesus called me to be his friend
His bright light is always there embracing me
His blessing is there with me like shield from danger
His care is there with me like brother’s towards his little sister

Jesus called me to be his friend
He gave me his Happiness, took my sorrows
He gave me his love, to keep my life going
He gave me his Life to save my Soul

Jesus called me to be his friend
I ignored my friend
I forget my friend
I left him alone

Jesus called me to be his friend
Still he cares for me
Still he love me
Still he blesses me

Jesus called me to be his friend
I am not worthy enough to touch the sand of the place where he walked
I am not worthy enough to take his Holy name
I am not worthy enough to be his servant
