John F. Kennedy Poem by Terry Hoffman

John F. Kennedy

Our last greatest president
was John F. Kennedy.
He truly cared for everyone;
that's what it seemed to me.

In scary times of racial strife,
he took a solid stand.
He launched upon a brave campaign
that spread across the land.

His stand against the communists,
unique in history.
All during the Cuban crisis
he stood for what was free.

He fought against the syndicate,
in spite of all they tried
with threats of repercussions.
I think for that, he died.
