I wish you could see,
I wish you could feel...
That although I breathe
My world had stood still

I wish you would hear,
I wish you would know...
The pain in my heart
The hurt I can'’ t show

Behind the facade
Despite the parade
This heart is so sad
Caught in a dark charade

Within the mirage
Behind the happy sight
There is but only grudge
Masked in blinding light

I wish you could know,
I wish you could see...
Behind each radiant smile
My heart stops for a while

Despite the show of joy
There is a lonely soul
Around this happy boy
A place of only walls

Within the play of fun
A feel of numbing pain
In the sky, a setting sun
An endless pouring rain

I wish you could see,
I wish you would feel...
How I’ 'd want us to be
How I'd love you still

I wish you would know,
I wish you could hear...
Things I'’ ll never show
How I’ 'd like us to be…..
