Rising
Fighting my way
Through my abode
Of these ashes
These remnants
Of the dreams
We had dreamt together
I emerge
Victorious
Reborn
From this dearth
Of life
Awaiting
Once again
The final blow
The spark of calamity
That shall once again
Ignite my being
Force me to return
To the lifeless ashes
Waiting for life
To begin again
Ah, the sweet misery
Of the journey
Of a phoenix
