Just A Habit Poem by Gloraly Gomez

Just A Habit

</>I guess it's just a habit
I always hurt the one I like
You most likely hate me now
So I should probably take a hike
I really didn't meant it
The words kind of slipped out
But before I said 'I'm sorry'
You left me here to pout
Now I want to give you
What's really hard to give
And that's the only thing
That truly helps me live
So I'll box it up
And tape it shut
In the middle
Where it'll be cut
So break it, go ahead
'Cause I won't be there
I only gave it to you
To show you that I care...
