Just For A Pair Of Blue Eyes/ Just Like The Deep Blue Seas, The Blue-Eyed Girl Poem by Bijay Kant Dubey

Just For A Pair Of Blue Eyes/ Just Like The Deep Blue Seas, The Blue-Eyed Girl

O, the girl with the blue eyes,
Tell you,
What your name,
Just like the blue seas,
The blue-eyed, sea deep love,
Tell you!

She is not speaking, but her eyes,
Sea-deep, sea-like,
A pair of blue eyes,
Taking me far,
Far away to
Where it snows deep,
The chill and frost take over the things,
Into those domains,
Domains of the world!

And I with an attache into the hands of mine
Moving along the Mediterranean rivers,
Searching my lady love,
The girl with a pair of blue eyes,
Trying to search her,
Locate and trace back,
Who she is after all,
The girl with the sea-deep eyes!

She is moving away,
But I following her,
Into the footsteps of hers to know,
Who the girl is,
with the sea-deep eyes,
Unfathomable and deep,
With a pair of blue eyes.
