Just Go Poem by Gainor Ventresco

Just Go

Rating: 4.1

I have wandered alone
Through the dust flecked light shafts
of half truths
and undisguised lies
Sifted and sorted the remnants
of my prophets revelations
Clung to the drunken ramblings
of unfortunate muses
Only to arrive
full circle
where the journey began
Along the way i have buried
then ressurected
graceless saviors
so we could pray together for absolution
or at the very least redemption
Now, I am ready
to stand at the crossroad of my fate
once again choose a direction
and just go

This poem resonates so well with me. Half baked truths and lies are hard to decipher but once done we stand assured in our own maturity. Well presented poem.

Full circle with the muse of your adventure. Nice work.

Yes, you need to keep going the way your heart tells you to, for God lives in our souls.

What great terms to describe the hope and disappointment of lovers.
