'Just Leave.' Poem by Melissa Schreuder

'Just Leave.'

Rating: 4.5

He doesn't understand why she wants to leave him,
he's done everything in his power to help her,
he raised her, fed her,
bathed her when she was young,
and cloths and a house.
But when his little girl grows up he can't
buy the thing's she needs cause he doesn't
have enough money to do thing's she wants or needs,
but yet he's blinded by other things that
he can't tell he's losing her and the more he
doesn't help or give the things she needs he
loses her more and more and more.
The more he and she distance there
self's the more they both don't know each other.
soon when his little girl goes on her computer
her mother writes her asking
'do you want to live with me? '
her mother gives her some time to think,
a couple months later him
and his daughter fight she goes on
the computer at school and types
'yes I will move with you.'
when she knows for shore she's living with her mother
she tells her dad and he get mad and confused
and tells her to 'JUST LEAVE.'
