Just Magical Poem by Zechariah Macon

Just Magical

Here beats the verse
in the heart
of the dirt
the mind and the sog
meet
colliding
in some magical
way
as some lucky
persom writes
their
whisperings
of dark corners
it happens
every
day
the gild mocks the ibis
the crow mocks the jay
and six billion people
die of hunger while
eating
the self-same way you
can listen
to someone scholar
and hear nothing at all
sixty trees
still breath
while I sneeze
in my hand.
