Just One Wish Poem by Cynthia Buhain-baello

I have but one wish and it is this:
That a ship of dreams will one day take me
To where you are and there to kiss
Each other in love, so affectionately.

To finally gaze in your loving eyes
To hold you in a sweet tender embrace
And to feel my heartbeat suddenly rise
As I see the love shown there in your face.

I have this one wish and I hope it's granted
That together we will be and remain that way,
There's nothing in this world I have ever wanted
Than to be with you Dearest, for all my days!
