Just Venting Some (Rhyming Couplets) Poem by Dorian Petersen Potter

Just Venting Some (Rhyming Couplets)

You just stared the other day at me
And you just forced me to look back at you and see

That this seems to be a game that you love repeating
And every time it feels more like I should be quitting

I wonder why the other day you just inquire
And asked some questions that from you are not require

I am getting so tired of all your stupid quizzing
No more I want to answer any of your snooping

Sit tight over there and just let me be
Shut your mouth and let me breathe we agree

Don't get on my face and make more of your foolish move
You're doing nothing good and this to you I can prove

You're just playing a stupid game that I dislike
You and I are different and thank God not alike

If you have nothing nice to say about me
Just keep it to yourself like I do you see

As for me I got better things to do with my own time
I am too busy with my own problems to give a darn dime

I still care for you but you just love to give me pain
And you do nothing good for me but my heart drain

So stop all this nasty talk that you know nothing about
It seems that in the end you're just a fool that's no doubt

And it is not even humorous if that's what you're thinking
Get off that cloud from where you are and do some growing

Grow up and a get a good grip on your own brain
All your behavior
is absurd and you're just causing more rain
