Kaleidoscope Poem by Caroline Guedes

Kaleidoscope

I am a Kaleidoscope
Lost in shapes and colours
trying to get in order
I am a woman and a child
I've made my own rules
Get through any borders

Sitting on my bed here
I'm drinking my tea
Trying to find myself
I am a kaleidoscope
I'm everywhere at once
Angels are here to help

Chimes are ringing in
My bedroom crowding me
I hear the wind blow
Not knowing who I am
Or who I should be
I am a kaleidoscope
