Keep In Touch Poem by Sherri Vogel

Keep In Touch

I wish I had the nerve
To call you up and say
I haven't got your letter
But I'm sure it's on its way.
'Cause lately I've been wondering
What you've been going through
Everything that's happening
How life's been treatin' you.
If you think I don't remember you
Stop and think again
And pull out a sheet of paper
And a pencil or a pen.
Then sit down and write to me
Say all there is to say
And dropp it in the mailbox
And send it on its way.
I promise I'll get back to you
And thank you oh so much
It means a lot to me if you
'Keep in Touch.'
